Jaime Gerard 

Jaime Gerard is a wedding cake artist living and working in San Fernando, Trinidad West Indies.

Her interest in art came in the form of painting from a very young age and has continued since. She has a special love for birds, flowers and trees and finds great joy in recreating these into edible sugar-crafts.  

She has no formal training in baking/cake decorating.

Jaime Gerard Cake is a very small company located in Trinidad and Tobago that is run by sisters, Kimberley and Jaime.  

Jaime designs, bakes and decorates all products produced by Jaime Gerard Cake while Kimberley carries out the day to day business aspects and will usually be the person responding to all client requests and enquiries.
